About these recordings
Semi-acoustic guitars are traditionally made of steam pressed ply and, while it's a lot more work to make one out of solid, carved wood, the results are well worth the effort in terms of responsiveness, tone, dynamic range and sustain.
These samples show a wide contrast in the sounds the semi can deliver, from Blues to Rockabilly.
